Bahamas

Our guests left this morning really  nice humble people . They are the sort of people you just love to satisfy and make them always happy ! Hope to see them again !

We said goodbye to  our lovely guests this morning in Marsh Harbour, and then shortly after we set off to where we are now ...Hope Town Marina. It is really nice here . It is 200 miles east of West Palm Beach, FL and 100 miles north of Nassau.

Hope Town is a quaint village located on Elbow Cay (the 'cay' is pronounced key) which is shaped in the form of a boomerang . So, this is where I am....

So , what is there to do here??

You can visit the lighthouse which is one of the last kerosene burning- manned  lighthouse in the world. It's quite a workout getting up there...so many stairs, oh but so worth it !
Once you see the view from up there ...you then come to realise what a beautiful world we live in.
That is definitely something worth having a look at.

Here we come ....
Always up for an adventure ....

There is a shop at the lighthouse ....for those
                       that want to buy  souvenirs...

The view from up there was so beautiful.

Stay tuned for the next post .
