Bonjour/Hola/Bula

I grew up on a sailing yacht since the age of 8 years old. traveled 44 countries and counting .... always learning new cultures and cuisines. 

So, this is my blog about my passion for cooking since a very young age. The first time I stepped into the galley I knew ....this is what I want to to...and, so years later...here I am am... a Chef! and I love it.
