chia seed


  chia seed for the guest this morning. Its super healthy and easy to make. Chia seeds go well with basically anything whether it be fruits or some sort of compote .  It's just magnifique!

Ingredients 

1 cups coconut milk
1/4 cup chia seed
1/2 tablespoon honey or any other sweetener of your choice 


-Add all the ingredients in a bowl/glass and place in the fridge for 2-4 hours or overnight if you like. Remove it from the fridge , make sure the chia seeds are thick and have gelled. Then top it with fruit or any type of compote .
