DAY 1:
You must be wondering what did I do on my first day in quarantine.
Well, I caught up on my sleep. Was quite jet lagged from the flight. To be able to rest and not do anything and just have time for yourself is great. Not to think of food, or what am I going to cook after each meal, or what ingredients needs to be used up. Haha
It was quite a rainy and cold day , so perfect day to be indoors. We are not allowed to sit outside on the veranda only until our first covid test comes back negative are we allowed to go outside.
This morning at 11am there was a knock on my door it was a nurse and a military personnel doing a temperature check.
I had a counsellor call me this afternoon and checking to see how my psychological well being was -what do I do to pass the time… which I mentioned to her was catching up with the family, reading , tidying my suitcase , admin. If I drank/smoked, age, were I live and some other basic questions. Everything I mentioned to her she wrote down and asked permission if she could show this to her supervisor of my day 1 progress.
I have an amazing view looking out over looking the pool and see and a beautiful nice big bath. So cant complain at all.
